No. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel or downgrade at any time. If you cancel, you’ll only be charged for the current billing period.
No. Your Free plan will always be accessible. However, there may be limits on the number of times you can edit your previously created flyers. You also only receive 3 TOTAL flyer credits with this plan.
No. We currently do not offer any trials for any of our Pro plans.
We have a 30-day refund policy. If you cancel your account within the first 30 days and request a refund, we will provide one - no questions asked.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept PayPal, checks or purchase orders.
Yes! If you believe you qualify for our Non-profit discount, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
• The name of your Non-profit
• A link to your website
• Any other information verifying 501(c)3 status
Once a Smore Team Member verifies your status, they will be able to apply the discount.
Your flyers will remain in your account, but you may not be able to edit the previously credit flyers. Any pro features you used (like custom backgrounds) will be disabled once you cancel your Educator account. You will also not be able to make new flyers.

This is possible! If you would like to give your entire Smore account to someone else, you can
change the email address and password associated with your account.
You can do this by visiting Your Profile page! Please note that in order to change the email address associated with your account to someone else, their email address CAN’T be associated with an already existing Smore account.
If this is the case, they will need to DELETE their Smore account and then they will be able to take over your account.
No. We do not allow for multiple people to share the same individual account. In addition, if multiple users try to edit the same flyer at once, the changes made to the flyer will not save properly and you could use your content.
