Legacy Homes has opened their application period for the lottery of affordable homes for Soledad residents and/or Soledad Unified School District employees per the City of Soledad Inclusionary Housing Ordinance. The households drawn will be considered for the purchase of a home at an affordable price, should they be income eligible and meet all the necessary criteria to purchase the home.
Attached information regarding the application and the Monterey County Affordability Tables. For your reference, the highlighted numbers are applicable for the income levels and sale price. Note: the available homes are only for 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. There are 40 units available.
Another Important note is that the affordable units available for this development project are condominiums – specifically duplexes and/or fourplexes – not homes. There will be 40 units
