Principal's Message
The Final two weeks are coming....
Welcome to the last week of School! Congratulations to our Softball Team for winning the So. California Division IV Regional Championship! Congratulations to Jake Jackson for being named the Union Tribune Male High School Athlete of the Year. Thank you to all the families that returned the enrollment packets. If you have not completed them, it is not too late! Please complete and return them to the front office. Also, if you have not completed the LCFF survey, please see the section below for information on how to do it. The information within the survey has direct impact on the funding for our school. Because we had a high return rate last year, we received an increase in our Title I funding. Thank you to all the staff, students, and families that have made this a successful school year. Enjoy your summer break! The first day of school for next year is August 21. Warhawk Walk is August 9 and 10, and our Summer Bridge for incoming ninth graders is August 7 - 9. More information on those events to follow. Reminder that the last two day of schools, June 13 and 14, have an earlier dismissal time at 2:15. Thank you for your support.

STUDENT SUPPORTS
Madison High School Counselors
Requesting Transcripts: Any student wanting to request a transcript should be directed to their Class of 2023 Google Classroom account where there are instructions on how to request.
Request to see a Counselor: This is a friendly reminder to please encourage students to fill out the Request to see a Counselor google form instead of sending students with a pass to the counseling office. In the case of an emergency, please call the counseling office so that we can make sure the student is seen and not left alone.
Madison High School Health Office
Is your student interested in a future career in fitness, nutrition, medicine, nursing, social work or mental health? Please encourage them to join the Teens Make Health Happen Club. It will start April 4th at lunch in room 402. TMHH is a national club for teens who want to make health happen: for themselves and for their communities. Students identify a school or community health problem, research and model a solution, then showcase their project to earn funding for it to become a reality! They can also win $5000.
They will receive hands on health and leadership experience while gaining a support network of like-minded change makers across the country! Bonus! This club and its activities would look great on a college resume! Hope to see your student on April 4th.
Here are some additional resources for families to use all year long.
