Google Ninja Academy
Thank you to everyone who has participated in the GSCS Ninja Academy this year!
In this last post, we want to recognize these people for earning all four Google Ninja Academy Belts:
Lisa Webb
Paula Hattaway
Darlene Jones
Bill Stikes
As we are winding down this year and start prepping for the upcoming year to get our students #futureready, we wanted to remind you of a few things.
The Google Ninja Academy will be available for you to utilize and complete self-guided professional development during the summer. If you complete the academy before you June 30th, you can sign up for the PLU that has been offered. You may register HERE. Anything completed after June 30th will count toward next year (2015-2016).
****Important****
When you complete the Black Belt test, you will receive a certificate from Google. Please forward a copy of that certificate to either Leslie Fagin or Robin Harris. Once we receive your Black Belt certificate from Google, your name will be added to our Black Belt leader board.

Edcamp Griffin
EdCamp Griffin is a FREE technology conference that will allow like-minded educators to create, collaborate, and communicate on issues such as educational technology, best practices, social media in education, and innovation in education.
The conference will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2015 and is open to all interested educators. The structure of the conference, commonly called an "unconference," is very informal, with attendees signing up to facilitate and participate in sessions first thing in the morning.
This is our district's time to shine!! Come be a part of this great event!
