We all want to be effective vegan activists, demonstrating the positive benefits this lifestyle has to offer as well as inspiring others to join us on the vegan journey to create the compassionate world we wish to live in. As we reflect on our past experiences, let's look ahead to a new year and envision new possibilities.

A wealth of information to guide you

There will be handouts, hands-on activities, role playing, and exercises, so please wear comfortable clothes. The retreat will include a healthy, whole foods vegan meal and quick and easy recipes for you to take home.
