READ ALOUDS
The True Story of the Three Little Pigs
Award-winning author Jon Scieszka reads one of his most popular books -- THE TRUE STORY OF THE THREE LITTLE PIGS -- a retelling of the classic fairytale from the wolf's point of view. This is one of my all time favorite books!
Bear Snores On
Bear Snores On – One by one, a whole host of different animals and birds find their way out of the cold and into Bear’s cave to warm up. But even after the tea has been brewed and the corn has been popped, Bear just snores on! See what happens when he finally wakes up and finds his cave full of uninvited guests — all of them having a party without him. Read by the author, Karma Wilson!
MORE Read Alouds!
Can't get enough read alouds? Check out Just Books Read Aloud.
This site is JUST books read aloud by normal (but enthusiastic) readers.
- Children can't navigate away to follow other youtube leads.
- There are only children's books on the site.
- While reading the videos generally only show the books versus seeing the reader.
- Animation on the site is limited to nice editing jobs that zoom to parts of the page.
- The books are frequently reordered to encourage listening to new books.
