Mustang Messenger
August 2018
Welcome to a Brand New School Year!
I am so delighted that you are part of our amazing school family. I am proud to be part of a school and district whose families have incredible dedication to excellence in education. I look forward to working with you and your children.
I can assure you that we are prepared for another incredible and memorable school year. Our skilled and devoted teaching staff is already planning and preparing for your child(ren). Our enthusiastic office team is registering new families, ordering needed materials and updating student files. Our hard-working and conscientious custodians have spent the entire summer thoroughly cleaning our school. And, our much-appreciated PTO is gearing up to welcome families, provide volunteer opportunities, and offer other exciting events and programs.
We are a school with the motto of "Learning for Life" and our school focus this year is called the Mustang Mindset: choosing joy, spreading kindness, believing in growth, and being positive difference-makers in the lives of others.
Please feel free to reach out to me at the contact info listed at the bottom of this newsletter should you ever have questions or concerns.
In service to your child,

School Breakfast & Lunch
An important part of the school day is lunch time! Not only does it give children the nourishment they need, but allows for social and emotional development.
Here are the lunch times (in time order) for Mary Frank students:
Early Learning Academy: 10:10-10:40
Kindergarten: 10:15-10:45
2nd: 10:50-11:20
1st: 11:10-11:40
5th: 11:25-11:55
3rd: 11:45-12:15

We certainly encourage student guests for lunch throughout the school year; however, we do ask that you refrain from having lunch with your child until routines and school comfort levels are established. We welcome all guests beginning in October! Meal prices have stayed the same for the 2018-19 school year:
