Ready for the Road Ahead?

Stanton Elementary 2022-2023 Volume 7

A Moment with Mrs. Miller

Mad Scientist Day was a great day of learning and fun yesterday! We hope that we can make this an annual tradition for our students to grow their scientific methods and minds. We have just a few short weeks until Thanksgiving/Fall break and then Christmas/Winter Break. There are several events coming up, so please make sure you check the list below.

We hope to see all our families for Pre-K through 2nd at our 2nd Annual Veteran's Day program on the 7th. Your child has worked very hard preparing their songs to honor those who have served our country.

Please make sure you are sending notes if your child is absent. Remember students need to be here before 8:00 and then are dismissed Monday - Thursday at 3:40 and Friday at 2:40.

Character Education

For the month of November, we will focus on GRATITUDE during character lessons. We will talk about the things in life that we have to appreciate.

As a family, take a minute to talk about what your family can be thankful for. Expressing your appreciation is an easy way to bring joy to other's lives.
