You are dead within seconds. The human body is 50-75% water, so without it, there is almost no human body at all. All of this said, there is no denying that water is the most essential nutrient.

No matter how busy you think you are, there is always time to stop for water. You can find water in almost any beverage, including milk, juice, coffee, soft drinks, and of course, plain water. With so many options, there is no reason anyone should lack the proper amount of water in their diet.
