Nez Perce built fire places in their homes. Some times 30 families lived in one house. Their houses sometimes were 100 feet long.
They made cradlebords for their babies. All Nez Perce wore moccasins on their feet. Their clothing was full of designs .
The Nez Perce did not eat buffalo. 80 percent of their food was fish. The meat that they ate was mountain goat and deer.
