Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent teacher conferences are November 1st 8-3 by appointment. Reach out to your teacher if you need to schedule a time. These can be done virtual or in person.

Students do not report to school on this day

Report Cards

Report cards were sent home Friday. Students in grades Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd received a standards based report card. Click the link to see FAQ on Standards Based Report Cards. Reach out to your teacher if you have any questions on your child's report card.

Veteran's Day Program

We will have our Veteran program with the city of Pleasant View on Friday, November 5th at 4:30 PM. Activities will be at the Pleasant View Community Park Veteran's Memorial. Everyone is welcome to attend.

We are creating a display of our Local Veteran's to share with students. Please fill out this form to submit your Veteran.

Important News from PTO

Boo Grams

Don't forget to place your Boo Gram orders. All orders must be placed by Tuesday, October 26th. Paper orders must be sent in to the school by Tuesday and online orders will close at 5:00 pm. Boo Grams will be delivered on Friday, October 29th. Thank you for your support!

Pumpkin Decorating Contest

The PTO is hosting a Pumpkin Decorating Contest. Entries must include 2 photos including one of your student with the pumpkin and a close up of only the pumpkin. All entries must be submitted by Sunday, October 31st. See the following for directions on submitting entries, rules and prizes. Follow us the PVES PTO on Facebook to see the entries and find out the winner.

Boo Grams

Wish your student & their friends a spooktacular Halloween by sending Boo Grams. They can be sent to your student's friends,

their favorite teachers and staff or even their whole class.

Boo Grams are $0.50 each or $10 for an entire class and include a card and small surprise. Order from Oct. 11th - Oct. 26th.

For cash orders ONLY complete the order form that will be coming home with your student and return it along with payment by Oct 26th. Please send correct amount, as we are unable to provide change.

Boo Grams will be delivered to students on Oct. 29th.

We had a great time celebrating National School Lunch Week. These students won a treat with the lucky tray!

Pleasant View Elementary School provides a safe, caring, respectful, engaged learning environment for our students. Using collaboration, assessment data, and strong instructional practices students will develop, grow, and own their learning. Students will expand their character and leadership in order to be successful moving forward.
