Weekly communication from Sunset Ranch - Aug 20th - 24th
Wow - What a GREAT first week!
We had our first Coyote Pack assemblies, our Positive Behavior rotations, and started our Visual and Performing Arts classes. Students met Ms. Hopton, our new principal, and enjoyed the first three days of school with their new friends and teacher.
As we get into the swing of routines and things, we will be asking the community to participate in surveys and focus groups to help us make decisions about our school that are best for kids. For example, a survey by email was sent last week to help us decide the schedule for Back to School Night. Despite only 150 families voting, the response was overwhelmingly in favor of no meeting during Back to School Night. We listen to and appreciate your feedback.
