FROM MRS. HUBBARD, PRINCIPAL
National School Bus Safety Week is an active and evolving public education program and an excellent way for parents, students, teachers, motorists, and school bus operators to join forces and address the importance of school bus safety. Held during the third full week of October each year, the program is designed to promote school bus safety. In honor of School Bus Safety Week, we appreciate our wonderful bus drivers. Thank you for getting our GWS students to and from school safely!
Our annual Jog-A-Thon will be held on Thursday, and we invite parents/guardians to cheer on their students as they jog to promote healthy habits and to raise funds to help us support the many needs in our building. Spectators may report directly to the field behind the school. Please see the schedule below.
We look forward to seeing you next week at Governor Winslow!
