On Friday, February 3rd all band students from our district will participate in WASBF, Waterford Area Schools Band Festival, at Waterford Union High School.
Evergreen Band will walk to the high school but will be bussed in case of bad weather.
Students will participate in band rehearsals, a WHS jazz band performance, and a pizza snack provided by the WHS boosters.
All students will participate in a 6:00 p.m. concert at Waterford Union High School Gymnasium. It is free and open to the public. All are welcome to enjoy the show and support Waterford Band!
Band parents, please check skyward messenger from Mr. Nelson for details.
HEALTH SERVICES - NEW COVID-19 FORM
The Waterford Graded School District has a new form available to you when it is necessary to report a Covid-19 absence.
- If your student has tested positive for COVID, please stay home and notify the Attendance Office. Fill out the following Google form.
Absences related to COVID ISOLATION will continue to be medically excused only if proper documentation is provided, including a photo of your positive home test or written statement from a healthcare provider. Medical absences due to COVID will be acceptable for 5 days. If at the end of the 5 days, the student still has a fever and/or symptoms aren’t improving, then they need to continue their isolation until those criteria are met. At this point, to be excused any additional days, a doctor’s excuse will need to be provided for absences to be marked as medically excused.
Here you can also find other helpful information under the Parent Links for some of the more common illnesses we will see this winter.
