What are clouds?
Clouds are a thick mass of suspended water drops or ice crystals.Their are 3 types of clouds.Cirrus,cumulus,and stratus.

Cirrus Clouds
Cirrus clouds are made of ice crystals,they are wispy, and high up in the sky.Cirrus are typically found around the height 7 kilometers.
Cumulus Clouds
Cumulus clouds usually stand for fair weather clouds.They are white&puffy. These aren't found really too high or too low.These clouds are very thick.
Stratus Clouds
Stratus clouds are low gray clouds that resemble fog that doesn't reach the ground.They cover the entire sky and bring light rain or drizzle.
Cirrocumulus
Cirrocumulus are just a higher,wispy,and curly version of the cumulus cloud. It is found higher than the cumulus clouds.
Altocumulus
Altocumulus is a mid level version of the cumulus clouds.
Cumlonimbus
These clouds are anvil shaped and it can bring a tornado so they are very dangerous.These clouds pile up very high, sometimes even to the stratosphere.
Stratocumulus
Stratocumulus clouds are low down right where cumulus clouds are found.Like every cumulus these are cotton ball looking. Also these clouds mean nice weather.
Nimbostratus
Nimbostratus clouds are dark grey storm clouds.They bring strong storms so stay inside when you find this cloud in the sky.
Altostratus
Altostratus clouds are not very high or very low, they are in the middle.They normally produce a little rain and you can sometimes see the sun peeking through.
Cirrostratus
The cirrostratus clouds are very high up in the sky but not as high as cirrus clouds. They also mean bad weather.
