Important April Information
Kindergarten Cap and Gown Graduation PIctures:
- April 22nd - Please send your child dressed up for their pictures.

- Kindergarten Field Trip
- May 14th at 7 Acre Wood. Permission slips and additional information about the day will be sent out April 19th. Please sign permission slips and return them no later than May 3rd to ensure that your child is able to attend.

Kindergarten will be working on the following skills for the month of April
Phonics:
Have students practice words containing these letters in their writing and reading.

Reading: Students will be learning how to make personal connections to the text and determine what is most important from the text.

Reminders/Recordatorios
- Please remember to send a change of clothes in a Ziploc bag inside your child's backpack. They’ll keep this inside their backpacks to be available in case of an accident. Please frequently check your students backpack in case the spare clothing is used. Recuerde enviar un cambio de ropa dentro de una bolsa Ziploc dentro de la mochila. - When money is sent with student, please send in a labeled sealed envelope. We've found that students think that money sent by parents is only for lunch or sales going on in the morning.
