Rain, Rain Go Away
Theme, mood, tone, and conflict By Angelina K.
Rain, Rain Go Away
The Conflict is that the Wright family wanted to learn more about the Sakkaro family but it was difficult for them to do so because the Sakkaros always kept to themselves (external conflict). Also the Sakkaros seemed to always try to go inside when they felt it was getting cloudy and about to rain (man vs weather). The Sakkaros mood was cautious while the Wrights mood was more curious. At the beginning of the story the tone was very calm but it became a little more sad in the end. I think the theme is that you don't really know a person until you get to talk more to them.
