We are so excited that this year’s School Picnic/Field Day will be at Fireman’s Park on June 11! The picnic begins at 10am and ends at 2pm.

Families are invited (and encouraged) to attend with their child(ren). If you are able to attend, please feel free to bring your Seton student(s) with you in your own vehicle. There is no need to bring them to school prior to the picnic as attendance will be taken at the park. Students who will be riding with their classes should be at school by regular 8am bell and will return for regular 3pm dismissal.

For our half-day students who get picked up at 11am, they will need to be picked up at Fireman’s Park. If you are with your half-day student at the park for the day, please feel free to stay until 2pm. Our 3K students are not eligible to ride the school bus. Mrs. Yang will be communicating 3K arrangements to those parents.

If you have any questions, please contact the school office or your child’s teacher.

There are still some available slots for Field Day. Click on the link if you are able to donate items or your time to help at the park. If you already signed up, please drop off your items at school no later than 3pm Monday.

Farewell for Fr. Gideon

Please help us say good-bye to Fr. Gideon by joining his farewell celebration on June 13 from 4-7pm in St. Clement Dominican Hall.

Congratulations to Roncalli Golf

The Roncalli boys' golf team won the State Championship in Madison and Seton graduate of 2018, Will Falconer, helped anchor the team! Hurray for Roncalli and Will!

End of 2018-2019 Testing and Attendance Data

Below you will see the data that was presented to our Seton Community during Wednesday evening's End of the Year Celebration. As you review the data, numbers in yellow are positive data. With regard to MAP RIT scores, yellow numbers signify an average score above the national norm. With regard to the + and - numbers, a yellow number indicates improvement over 2017-2018.

Please note that attendance continues to be a concern.

Our Wisconsin Forward Exam results will be release this summer, and our first Wisconsin State Report Card will be published in the fall.

School Board Openings for 2019-20

School Calendar Updates

Both the state and Archdiocese require that we maintain a set number of instructional hours each school year. As a result of our five snow days this year, we need to make up two full days of school. School will be in session on Monday, April 22 for a regular full day and the last day of school has been moved to June 13 but remains a 12:30 release. Eighth grade graduation has also been pushed back one day to June 12. Should we have additional days off this winter, we will look the calendar and make adjustments as necessary. Thank you.

Weather and Other Closings or Delays

We will follow the Sheboygan Area School District in weather-related closings and delays. The exception would be days when Sheboygan Public is not in session. In that case we would make those decisions independently.

You can see our announcements on TMJ4, NBC26, and WBAY2. Closings and delays will also be posted on our school website, Facebook page, and Twitter. In addition, we will send out a recorded phone call and a REMIND.

Support PBIS By Ordering Coffee and Tea

Every month Seton School offers the opportunity to order coffee and tea from Mystic Monk. Orders are due to the office by the end of the month and arrive shortly after to go home with your children. This year, the proceeds of those purchases will be used to buy rewards for our students to support our PBIS system. So far we have raised $256.53. Please consider Mystic Monk Coffee and Teas.
