Graphics card
A graphics card is the component in your computer that handles generating the signals that are sent to the monitor or "graphics".
Intel Core Processor
What does CPU stand for: Central Processing Unit. Also known as a microprocessor, a CPU is the brains of a computer.
Hard Drive
Alternatively referred to as a hard disk drive and abbreviated as HD or HDD, the hard drive is the computers main storage media device that permanently stores all data on the computer.
RAM
Random Access Memory is a computer storage location that allows information to be stored and accessed quickly.
Motherboard
The motherboard holds the CPU, system memory, input / output systems (I/O), expansion slots, power supply unit. interface, audio, networking, and sometimes graphics subsystems.
Optical Drive
The optical drive can see and read data on optical discs. These discs include CDs and DVDs.
Heatsink
In electronic systems, a heat sink is a passive heat exchanger that cools a device by dissipating heat into the surrounding medium.
Keyboard
In computers a keyboard is a type writer device which uses an arrangement of buttons or keys to act as mechanical levers or electronic switches.
Mouse
A mouse is a pointing device that detects two dimensional motion relative to a surface.
