Centennial G/T Parent Newsletter

April 2022

Howdy Parents!

My apologies for sending out the newsletter super late... I had a yearbook deadline to meet! This past month, students have been busy creating & fine-tuning all of their G/T extension projects for our upcoming expo. Being able to see their growth, learning, and overall pride in their presentations & prototypes has been amazing! I can't wait for you to see all of their hard work too.

Also, any work I send home with your kiddo is to be considered an extension and is NOT required. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Many thanks,

❤️-Mrs. Barrera

G/T Expo Information

Attention G/T 1st-5th Grade Parents:

Your kiddos have been working hard during G/T class researching and preparing for the G/T expo. The G/T Expo will take place on Friday, May 20th, at 6pm. Please have your kiddo arrive at least 15 minutes early to prepare and get set-up. The Expo will be from 6-6:45. After the expo, there will be a STEM Van for the kiddos to enjoy, followed by PTO movie night.

NEW to G/T Kinder & 1st Grade Parents-Your Kiddos will have work on display, but they are not required to attend the G/T Expo. Next year they will begin participating. 🙂
