Boone School Family Newsletter
December 2015 Online Edition
Principal's Message
Dear Families and Friends of Boone School,
It was wonderful to see so many of you over the past month at Parent-Teacher Conference Day and Parent Morning sessions! We had over 90% of families participate in Parent-Teacher Conference Day, and encourage everyone who couldn't make it in to contact your student's teacher(s) to discuss your student's progress so far.
As always, we welcome parent participation at Boone, and we are currently looking for additional parent volunteers to assist Teachers in classrooms, chaperone field trips, or help with other tasks. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please inform office staff and they can assist you with the CPS volunteer application process. You can also get started on your own at this link: http://cps.edu/FACE/Pages/VolunteerPrograms.aspx
I hope you all had a fabulous Thanksgiving, and I wish you a beautiful, peaceful, and joyous holiday season. Enjoy the upcoming Winter Break!
Sincerely,
Jackie Delaney, Principal
