Weekly Message
Team -
One moment from Joelle's workshop that resonated most with me was her challenge to take a moment to connect with our students - to be present and attune!
It reminded me of Elana Aguilar - whose conference I attended last week - most recent work in Onward. "Learning to be in the present moment, without judging it, boosts our resilience. It can allow us to feel accepting and clearheaded about our options for response. When we're fully present, we're more likely to find appropriate levity to moments of challenge and to relieve stress by finding humor in a situation. "
Below is a practice to support us in how to "Be Here Now" and connect with gratitude and joy not only with our students but each other.
With gratitude and in partnership,
Meg
