Hold Your Boundaries:
Digital Security Workshop
Bring your own laptops and phones for a hands on workshop
Do you feel safe online? Are you an activist who uses the internet for organizing? Do you even just use Snapchat or Facebook regularly? What kind of info are you posting and how easily can you be hacked?
In this digital age, cybersecurity is increasingly important, but can feel inaccessible. Trans people, women, immigrants, and people of color are particularly vulnerable to being targeted online. Headed by micha cárdenas and Frances Lee, this workshop is hosted by the Poetic Operations Collaborative at UWB, and will teach you ways to keep your online presence secure.
Brought to you by the Social Justice Organizers.
