December Information for Families
We Soar with Excellence
While we can't believe it is already December, we are so proud of so many accomplishments this year! Students are working so hard in the classroom and they are making academic and social gains every day. It's also an important time to remember the Eagle Pride Pledge for our school -- Be respectful. Be responsible. Be safe. Be kind. Our pledge is important in all areas of our school- in the classroom, in the cafeteria, hallways, stairwells, recess, specials, and on our buses. We take pride in our school and as Liberty Eagles. We Soar with Excellence!!!

Bathroom Use
Please take a few minutes to chat with your child about appropriate bathroom use and behavior.
- Bathrooms are not for playing. We have had some students who have misused the bathrooms by clogging the toilets, climbing under the stalls, locking stall doors, and misuse of paper towels and toilet paper. The floor becomes wet from water-play. Teachers continue to discuss these situations with students. We appreciate your conversations with your children so we can have a clean school for everyone.
Colder Weather is Here!
With the onset of colder weather, please make sure that your student has a jacket or coat to keep them warm at recess. Students will continue to take outside recess if the "feels like" temperature is above 20 degrees.
Student Masks
Students are doing a great job of wearing their masks in school! Please consider packing an extra mask or two in your student's backpack in the event their mask breaks during the school day.
Lost Clothing/Items in Lost and Found
Please check our Lost and Found rack in the lobby area outside the office. We have accumulated quite a few objects.
