Friday River Launch

Tomorrow Can Be Better
We are working on creating a mission motto to describe what we do at Rio. We have received some great ideas so far. Everything leaders and all staff members do should relate directly to our mission. That's a key principle that guides decisions. Ron shared this powerful quote he heard at a PLC conference. Looking forward to working together to improve and strengthen our mission today and tomorrow.
Change doesn't mean that yesterday was bad.
It just means that tomorrow can be better.
Thank you for your commitment to our mission's key values that can be seen daily:
SAFE, FLEXIBLE, POSITIVE, NURTURING, EXPERIENCE A SENSE OF BELONGING,
PERSONAL GROWTH, AND ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE
Don't Let This Moment Define You
Do you have a story you would be willing to share about a class or student who touched your heart, made you a better teacher or just made you smile? Please let me know, we will share next semester in faculty meetings.
