Resources for Families
Research shows that parent mental health symptoms - particularly anxiety and depression - have increased over the past year. Building effective stress management strategies can help parents balance the pandemic-related demands of work and family life.
This workshop provides parents with research-based strategies for self-care, including:
- Monitoring emotional reactions
- Combating stress-inducing thinking
- Effective goal setting and coping skills
- Incorporating mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
