Weekly Update

Halloween Festivities

We are excited to be planning our upcoming Halloween festivities. Although we will need to make significant changes to our normal Halloween traditions, we can assure you that a special day is being planned for our students while also keeping them safe. October 30th will be a spirit day! All students will be encouraged to wear orange and celebrate an "Orange Out Day". Students will participate in a school wide dance party and Halloween Bingo via Zoom. Teachers will then facilitate classroom parties. Pre-packaged treats will be provided by the Morton PTA. We appreciate your continued support as we navigate all of the challenges presented by COVID 19.

TAGG replaces Hy-Vee's Cash 4 Students School Receipts Program

Hy-Vee stores in Papillion, Council Bluffs, Plattsmouth, Fremont and Omaha participate in TAGG to support schools year-round, therefore there they are no longer offering their "Cash 4 Students" school receipts program. This means you can support your school from any of the 17 participating locations instead of only the nearest location. No need to save your receipts and turn them in to your school anymore! Please follow directions on the flyer below to see how you can participate.
