Bi-Weekly Update from Ms. Merica
Hello Parkside Families,
I hope this newsletter finds you well. It is hard to believe we are already in the month of December. We are quickly approaching the middle point of this quarter. I encourage you to check parentvue to monitor your student's academic progress. Should you have any questions regarding their progress, please reach out to your student's teacher as they are always the best source of information.
In this edition of my newsletter, you will find the Code Orange schedule that would be put in place should a weather event arise and it is deemed necessary. Additionally, the Code Orange schedule will be placed on our Parkside website. As mentioned in previous communications, our students will engage in live instruction with their teachers on a Code Orange day.
We have some fun events planned for our students over the next couple of weeks. We will be conducting student pep rallies during Encore classes on December 20th. On that day , we will run a Monday bell schedule. Students will attend all their scheduled classes, but on the Monday bell schedule. For our students planning purposes, the day is still a blue day.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me at mericaem@pwcs.edu. Have a fantastic week!
Respectfully,
Ms. Merica
