It isvery Important to stay healthy. You can stay healthy by.......eating lots of fruits for breakfast,lunch, and maybe dinner. You also need to stay away from your mom when she is smoking tobacco because it makes your lunges really dark and black and its not good for you. Also i know a lot of people love to eat fried chicken but you wanna know a secret...... fried chicken has a lot of greese and vegetable oil in it whichnis also not good for you. The only two thing you should eat for breakfast other than fruit is cereal or oatmeal nothing else really. People need to go out and do something active every day to keep them up and not lazy.if you dont feel like doing anything atleast take a walk around the block to get those leg muscles strong. Also the most you shouuld do a day is two hours that means video games,television,phone, and any other electronics you play with or watch at home should all add up to one hundred and tweny minutes so all of that stuff you want to do is going to be like five minutes each. People should also care about their hygeine to me hygeine is the most important thing on his planet(other than God) because you can die from not washing up and not brushing your teeth or not putting on deodorant or anything else related to that. I jcant stand people who dont take showers and brush their teeth or put on deodorant its very disgusting to me because there is no reason why your teeth are yellow. My mom drinks coffe and coffe makes your teeth yellow because of all of the caffeine and her teeth are always sparkly white so if you dont drink coffe there should be no reason why your teeth isnt white and even if you do rink coffe your teeth still needs to be as clean as possible. Aslo washing your matress is a big part of hygeine you should wash your matress every week because if you go to lay in your bed and your a little sweaty and go to sleep that night and the next night yo take a shower and then go sleep in your bed what good does taking a shower do you if your bed till has all of that sweat you had the night before so hygeine is very important the only people in this world who has these exceptions are homeless people because they cant afford it but you can aitleast give them ten bucks to go get something to eat. Another thing is USING BATHROOMS IN PUBLIC....EVERYONE when the go in public and has to moove the biles needs to put tiolet paper pn the seats before they sit down on it because you have to think about everyone else who used that bathroom before you which is probably thousands of people maybe even millons and who knows what they couldve done to that toilet seat. WASHING YOUR HANDS is very very very important because if you dont YOU CARRY GERMS and then some people suck on their fingers and its trifiling to me because possibly your tonge can fall off and just EWWWWWW and some people even go to pick up a burger and eat it without washing their hands. Another thing is you need to clean off your dining room table before eating ALWAYS no matter what type of situation you are in! This is why being healthy is very important in our world please be as healthy as possible!
