Resource Spotlight: Graduate School Search
Keeping in mind the cost, commitment, location, and timing or your graduate school decision is very important. Once you make the decision to move forward, you'll want to give yourself time to research programs, meet any testing requirements, and gather your application materials. Thinking about which professors you want to reach out to for letters of recommendation is another consideration.

The US World War I Centennial Commission is the federal government agency in charge of commemorating, honoring, and educating the public about WWI and its American veterans. The nation is currently in the midst of the centennial of the Great War and the Commission supports a variety of educational and commemorative programs to achieve its mission. The Commission is in the process of creating America's World War I Memorial at Pershing Park in Washington, DC, correcting the absence of a memorial in our nation's capital commemorating the Great War. Editorial Fellowship with Atlantic Media Company
Atlantic Media offers highly ambitious recent college graduates a unique full-time opportunity to participate in our Fellowship Program. This Program is a structured, year-long, paid fellowship for top-tier talent committed to careers in media in business or editorial functions. Additionally, the Atlantic Media Fellows participate in the Atlantic Media Academy, a comprehensive curriculum providing a 360-degree view of the modern media industry covering the editorial, operational, and economic sides of both magazine and digital journalism today.
The Fellowship will begin in January 2019 and will run through December 2019. All Fellowship opportunities will be located in Washington, D.C. or New York, NY.

Interested in teaching Math and Science? Become a Robert Noyce Scholar!
In addition, the Noyce program is also looking for a recruiter for perspective science & math teachers! This is a part time position (approx. 20 hrs/week) seeking candidates with B.S. or B.A. in a science or math related field, knowledge of modern classroom technologies, teaching credentials, and knowledge of standards based education cirricula. Pay is dependent on experience and begins at $22/hr. Click here for more information!
