The Recipe
Get 1 slice of pizza (Made with Thin whole grain crust, Low fat cheese,And Non-Fat pepperoni)

Roll the pizza up

Add low fat marinara sauce and low-fat cheese, And pepperoni
Step 4
Pop the "pizzalada" into the oven for 5 minutes at 360 degrees.
Step 5
Let it cool for ten minutes.
Salad:
1. Put kale or spinich , Cherry tomatoes, and olives and vinagrette or rach dressing dressing
