How I found out my family has Heart Disease

I found out in my family that we have history of Heart Disease. My family on my mom's side has Heart Disease. My grandfather has high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and has had a heart attack. Heart disease risks can be hereditary, but there are ways to reduce the risks.

What is Heart Disease?

Heart Disease is a range of conditions that affect only some or all parts of your heart. Heart Disease can also affect some parts of your blood vessels in your heart too.

How to treat Heart Disease

To treat Heart Disease is to take your prescription from your doctor that he or she gives you and to take it daily.

How Heart Disease with affects you

If someone had Heart Disease, they could pass it down from generation to generation of there family.
