We want to hear from you!
Attention GISD parents:
A parent survey has been released and will be open through December 21st at 4pm. The survey is an opportunity for you to provide input that will be used to drive future planning efforts in GISD. As we continue the work of strengthening the academic experience of our students and partnerships with our community, it is critical that ALL stakeholders be heard. In doing so, we will create an environment that promotes unity, support and opportunities for our leaders of tomorrow. Thanks in advance for your input and willingness to be part of our future planning efforts.

Service Learning Project
Mrs. Stogner’s 5th Grade Gifted & Talented students did a service learning project to raise items to make "comfort care bags" for Abigail's Arms. Following a visit from Abigail's Arms, students made and hung posters, made morning announcements and wrote letters to local businesses asking for donations. Several area businesses including Tierra Real Estate, Sarah's on the Square, Dura Line, Otts Furniture, and North Texas Children's Dentistry gave donations that allowed the students to make 27 bags for kids in need. On Monday, Abigail's Arms representatives came to Lee to accept the donations from the students.
