Message from Mr. McDermott
Parents,
Quarter 1 report cards will be available in myStudent on 10/25/22. Please make sure you are monitoring grades and reach out to our teachers if your child needs assistance. We have asked our teachers to ensure grades are updated weekly in myStudent so students and parents have up to date information.
I have attached directions below on how to set up a parent portal in myStudent, so that you can access your student's grades and receive alerts when grades drop below a C. Don't forget, Monday 10/17 is a teacher planning day, there is no school for students.
Thank you,
Mr. McDermott
Extended School Day

Students will have access to computers as the APEX platform will be used for the curriculum. SPRING DUAL ENROLLMENT REGISTRATION
Dear WCHS Dual Enrollment Families,
We hope this message finds you well.
The Spring 2023 DE registration information has just been released. In order to be guaranteed registration during the dates and times specified by PHSC, students and parents must complete the online terms and conditions (Dynamic Form), which can be found the PHSC website: https://admissions.phsc.edu/start/high-school/dual-enroll/charter-public and enter their course requests online by November 7th. **PLEASE NOTE – ALL SPRING DE COURSE SELECTIONS MUST BE MADE AND APPROVED BY COUNSELOR PRIOR TO LEAVING FOR WINTER BREAK!
Prior to completing these steps online, students must first send their Spring 2023 Dual Enrollment Online Registration & Course Request Worksheet to their counselor, via email, for review and approval. Yearbooks
We sold out early last year. The only way to guarantee you get a yearbook is to preorder it early in the school year. This period will end March 3rd. Parents, if you purchase through the Student Pay portal, PLEASE double check your student's account. If you are not sure, email me (Mrs. Ingram) and I can tell you. Last year we had a number of seniors who thought their parent paid for a book, but the parent had paid for something else, like senior fees. It's heartbreaking to tell these seniors that we do not have a book for them. Before preorders end, we will post a list of everyone who has ordered. Please encourage your students to check this list to avoid this situation. Yearbooks can be purchased through Walsworth's site or through Pasco's Student Pay portal. If you are looking to pay by cash or check, please contact me directly. Current cost is $85, which will increase to $90 starting on September 1st.
If you have any questions regarding school photos or yearbooks, please email me at pingram@pasco.k12.fl.us
