January 2023

Dear Families,

We are very excited and happy to start this new year 2023 together. It has been such a joy welcoming our students back. I am glad to say, it already feels like we are truly going back to normal. We have different events happening, field trips, and fun learning activities comming up. Thank you for your continued support and I can't wait to see what great and exciting things this new year will bring for our students, staff and families.

Regular attendance matters! Research shows regular attendance at school has a DRAMATIC impact on student progress. Did you know that after 10 absences we are required to mark all absences unexcused without a doctor’s note? Please see the How Sick Is Too Sick guidelines as well as the BVSD attendance policy. We understand sometimes our students need to be out for an extended period of time. We ask, if you know your child will be out, to please contact the attendance line at 7205617806.
