Cardiovascular Endurance
The ability of the circulatory system (heart and blood vessels) to supply oxygen to working muscles during exercise. the above picture demonstrates cardiovascular endurance because he is running which is making the heart pump blood to his legs so he can keep running.
Muscular Strength
The amount of force that can be produced by a single contraction of a muscle. in the picture, Bane is lifting Batman up off his feet which shows that Bane has a lot of muscular strength.
Muscular Endurance
The ability of a muscle group to continue muscle movement over a length of time. Rocky has a lot of muscular endurance because he is repeatedly punching Drago which takes a lot of endurance.
Flexibility
The range of movement possible at various joints. Bruce Lee is kicking a man vertically which requires his hips to be very flexible.
Body Composition
The relative percentage of body fat compared to lean body mass (muscle, bone, water.). Porkins body composition is mostly fat, while Riddick has a much higher muscle composition.
Speed
The ability to move quickly from one point to another in a straight line. Eric Liddell is an Olympic runner from the 1920's. he is very quick and is running at full speed in the above picture.
Agility
Agility is the ability of the body to change direction quickly.In the movie Space Jam, Michael Jordan, in order to has to show off his Agility to dodge the aliens so he can score points.
Balance
Balance is the ability to maintain an upright posture while still or moving. The Karate kid is able to maintain the crane pose for a long time because he has good balance.
Coordination
Coordination is integration with hand and/or foot movements with the input of the senses. The Three Musketeers have good hand - eye coordination as show by their ability to sword fight many men.
Reaction
Reaction is the time it takes to react and move once you realize the need to move. In The Fast and Furious, Vin Diesel has good reaction time because he has to be able to shift his car into first as soon as the light changes.
Power
Power is the ability to do strength work at an explosive pace. in Southpaw, Jake Gyllenhaal's character uses power to rapidly punch the training bag.
