COVID-19 testing is available in Carol Stream, Bensenville and West Chicago. There are plenty of same day appointments available. All insurance is accepted. Individuals without insurance, testing is offered at no cost. Please click on the flyer below for more information.

For the safety of our parents and students, we ask that you do not park your car and walk your child through the parking lot to the door. It is not safe. There are two lanes of traffic; one that stops to drop/pick up students and the other a passing lane. It is hard to see parents and students walking between cars when someone is driving in the passing lane. We ask that you stay in your car and use the drop off line. And as always pull all the way up to the DuJardin sign on Euclid.

How: Print out this form, complete the correct information below and return it to DuJardin by the 20th of the month before their birthday month. (For example, a November birthday should return the form by October 20th)

Cost: a suggested $5 minimum donation to the DuJardin PTO

Why: Your child or staff member will be surprised and excited to see her/his birthday announced for one week in lights during their birthday month!
