Are you interested in joining dance team? The Marshall Tiger Dance Team is hosting tryouts Monday, October 25th and Tuesday, October 26th from 3:30-5:45pm at the Southview Elementary School gymnasium. Hope to see you there!
There will be a Tiger Speech Team meeting for returning members on Thursday, September 28, at 3:30 PM in A252.
Oct. 25 – Red Ribbon Week: Marshall ACTS students will be having trivia and announcements during the week in awareness of Red Ribbon Week. Wearing Red Ribbons are a symbol of commitment to raise awareness of the destruction caused by drugs in America.

Avera Marshall will be offering seasonal influenza vaccinations on Tuesday, October 26. Forms were sent home and should be returned by noon on 10/25. Nurses from Avera Marshall will be onsite to administer the vaccine. If you have any questions, please contact our health office at 507-537-6920, ext.1010.
Attention MHS Students – Are you over 16 and are interested in a part time job? Marshall Public Schools is looking for people interested in working as a substitute custodian in the various schools. Marshall Public Schools offers competitive pay and flexible hours. See Mr. Jones if you would like to lean more information.
Student Services Announcements
Seniors: Oct. 25th-31st is Minnesota State Week. Apply to any Minnesota State Colleges/Universities for free. You can visit MinnState.edu to learn more about Minnesota State Colleges/Universities.
- Juniors & Seniors: Do you know what you want to be when you grow up? The ASVAB is a timed, free test that assesses academic ability and predicts success in a wide variety of occupations. The test will be given at MHS on Thursday, October 28th @ 8:15 am. This is NOT a test for students interested in the military and you will NOT be recruited by the armed services if you take the test. Juniors interested in taking this test need to register in student services by Monday, October 25th. After testing, students will also be asked to participate in and interpretation session later. Please go to www.asvabprogram.com or stop in student services for more information.
Every Wednesday. Prairie Home Hospice will be hosting a Walk-In-Hiring event at our Marshall Admin Office location, 1108 East College Drive. This is a great opportunity for High School Students to stop in and learn more about the organization, what they do, and potential job opportunities that may have available for you!
