Pre-event fun. Online bidding open to everyone!

Friday, Oct. 28th, 12pm to Tuesday, Nov. 1st, 9pm

This is an online event.

Get ready for the Touch of the Valley tasting and auction event (November 5th!) with a little pre-event bidding. Anyone can participate. Proceeds from the online auction will be part of the funds raised by the event. Touch of the Valley dollars will fund additional educational programs for CV students and activities of the participating volunteer groups.

How this works: To place an online bid, click on the sign-up sheet that will appear below corresponding to the item you are interested in bidding on. In the "Notes" field, write your bid amount. Each consecutive bid must be higher than the previous bid by at least $5.00 (bid amounts should only be in increments of $5.00). The highest bid received by November 1st at 9:00 p.m. will become the item winner. Please understand bidding will close promptly at 9:00 p.m.!

How you pay: We will notify the high bidder the next day and will send a link to provide credit card payment by November 2nd.


  • By placing an online bid on the Sign-Up Genius sheet, you are agreeing to pay for the item if you hold the highest bid at the close of the auction.
  • You MUST include your name and bid amount on each bid. Not doing so will forfeit your bid.

The highest bidder of each item will be the winner (these items will NOT be available for bid at the November 5th event).
