NWAEA Media is excited to announce a new resource available to your school—
PebbleGo! PebbleGo is a research database specifically designed to meet the needs of K-3 learners. It helps students learn foundational research skills, plus PebbleGo provides critical early-reader supports like audio voice-overs and text highlighting. Accessing this resource is easy! Simply go to
www.PebbleGo.com and use your school’s login and password. Once you login, you will see the modules:
Animals, Science,
Biographies,
Social Studies, and
Health. The modules are also available in Spanish.
Navigating is easy. Bolded words have glossary definitions and pronunciations with engaging spoken-word audio and text highlighting; extended learning like videos and/or audio clips, teaching students how to cite their sources, and “share what you know” printables ideal for first reports; and features like videos and fun games will keep your students engaged and learning.
Not only is PebbleGo great for our K-3 researchers, but it includes educator resources and administration tools for you! PebbleGo is correlated to curriculum standards and includes ideas for lesson plans and reproducibles for each database. PebbleGo is a school-to-home resource—students can use it anywhere with an internet connection.

In addition to PebbleGo, NWAEA is also providing
PebbleGo Next. PebbleGo Next is a comprehensive digital resource tailored to meet the needs and curriculum of grades 3-5 learners. It provides curriculum-connected content, information-rich articles, and text suitable for grades 3-5. Accessing this resource is easy! Simply go to
www.PebbleGo.com and use your school’s login and password. Click on the PebbleGo Next tab. Once you login, you will see the databases:
States, American Indian History, Science, Social Studies, and Biographies. PebbleGo Next includes
read-aloud audio recorded by professional voice-over artists,
text-highlighting, tabbed navigation, online dictionary access, and source citing in three formats: APA, MLA, or CMS.
There are also educator resources and administration tools for you! You’ll find lesson plans, ideas, and reproducibles correlated to curriculum standards for each database!
