Data Informed Instruction
Now that our Fall Global Scholar testing has come to a close, it is time to take a good look at what data say. What are our next steps concerning instruction, student small groups, and individualized support. In this Instructional Smore, you will find articles, blog posts, and other resources that push us to become informed with the data that we collect from our students both formatively and summatively. We hope to unpack strategies and suggestions to help our students grow in our upcoming data meetings.

Happy Pineappling!
We have seen some amazing lessons and strategies over the course of the first nine weeks. Please continue to share the great things going on in your classes! We will soon discuss what you've learned through your pineapple observations. Seeing that our school-wide indicator is on classroom climate/culture, here are some great questions to begin reflecting over:
Describe the culture/climate of the classroom you observed?
How does this contribute to the overall culture/climate of the school?
Did you notice any differences or similarities in student behavior?
Any strategies that you have flipped and used in your own classroom?
How can we improve our pineappling opportunities?
