Ojibwe- Fall

1. Gathering and making the wild rice

2. The kids would pick berries and dry them for winter, and men would hunt duck and goose

After harvesting there crops they would leave their summer camps, and since it was fall they would go to ponds, marshes, and lakes were wild rice grew.

The fall was to prepare for winter, weather it was collecting and making rice, or hunting duck and goose, getting fish, and collecting berries.
