Regents and Midterm Week in January

For your planning purposes: January Regents Exams will begin on Tuesday, January 26 and end on Friday, January 29. If your child is scheduled to sit for a January Regents Exam, you will receive a letter detailing the name of the exam, the date, and time of the exam.

January 25 - 29 is designated as Midterm Week, and students in grades 9-12 will attend only if they have an exam on Tuesday, January 26, and Wednesday, January 27. The exam schedule will be posted in early January.

Students in grades 6-8 will attend school all week the week of January 25th. All high school students are expected to attend school on Monday, January 25, Thursday (1/28), and Friday (1/29).

ATTENTION JUNIORS – All juniors interested in earning funds toward senior trip….please see Ms. Ruger if you would be interested in selling zap-a-snack pizzas, frozen cookie dough, pretzels, etc. If we do not have enough people interested, the sale will not be profitable enough to run. We need to know who is interested ASAP! ALSO, don’t forget to pick up your Yankee Candle orders in Ms. Ruger's room anytime.

TEEN FASHION CAMP OPPORTUNITY! If you are between the ages of 12-17 and are
passionate about fashion design, stop by the counseling office and pick up a flier about the Memorial Art Gallery's Teen Fashion Camp. Applications for free tuition for this
prestigious camp are due by December 15, 2015. The camp is offered over February
break.

NHS Members -Please see Mr. Lubberts if you are interested in applying for the National Honor Society scholarship. Three hundred NHS members will receive a scholarship award. The deadline for student applications is February 16, 2016.

Holiday Band/Chorus Concert

Both the Middle and High School Choruses and Bands will perform.
