Middle School Wellness Program - Joyful Movement Circuit Training Workout
Baptist Health and Mind Body Social- NXT GEN have partnered to bring a joyful movement experience and well-being to the Middle School students during PE classes across Florida. The program encourages students to find joy through exercise and movement, where the focus is all about them feeling good and having fun!
