Personally I like this book a lot. I recently have been reading romance books, so this is kind of new for me, but it was a great experience! I like the books that Rainbow Rowell writes because they are contemporary and I am starting to have an interest in those kind of books. This book was very captivating and I couldn't stop reading it. It's not something you would find everyday happening to someone. It put me into the story and I felt like I was Eleanor when I read her point of view in the story.
I recommend this book to people who like to read romance books and contemporary books. I got to read this book because Aayushi recommended it. It is an understandable book for people 11 and older. It is also a good book for those whole like to read alternative point of view books, which means it will be in first point of view, but with two different people, who is Eleanor Douglas and Park Sheridan. Even though the book takes place in 1986 and not a lot of modern stuff is involved, it is still a very interesting story and definitely recommend you to read it. I also recommend this book for those who are looking for some new, fresh and different books to read because of the plot and the different combinations of conflicts that happen in this book. This is relatable for those who been through young love and have been through tough times with your family, or you just want a good story of romance and adventure to read.
