Happy Spring Semester 2016!

Welcome back to campus! Hopefully, you are returning ready to start the new semester energized and committed to being your best self. Think about what that means to you and how you want to get there. Then consider steps you can take right now here at Oxford College. Opportunities abound to support you on your journey of personal and intellectual development.

Upload New Immigration Documents

Did you travel outside the U.S. during winter break? If so, upload your new I-94, port of entry stamp, and any other new immigration documents you may have received. Upload to ISSS Link before the February 1.

Be sure to check that your new I-94 has no spelling or data errors.

Update Email Address and Phone Number

The U.S. government now requires your email address and phone number. Log into your OPUS student account and check that your information is present and correct. Enter your phone number in the "Local" data field.

Stop by the ISP office if you need assistance.

The 2016 iMentor Team

Applications now available for the 2016 iMentor team in the ISP office. All rising sophomores are eligible to apply. Applications due by 12 noon on Friday, Feb. 5.

Want to learn more about the position? Talk to us at the Leadership Fair on Thursday, Jan. 21 at 5:30 p.m. in Williams Auditorium, or attend the interest meeting on Mon., Jan. 25 at 7 p.m. in the Dean's Dining Room.

Graduating F1 Students - Please read.

Save the date for the ISP-hosted Graduating F1 Student Session & Reception on Tues., Apr. 26 at 1:30 p.m. in the Akin Room.

Mark the end of your time at Oxford College by participating in the traditions of graduation, and invite your family to share in the ceremonies.

Emerging Leaders Summit - Registration Open

Don't miss this opportunity! The Emerging Leaders Summit takes place on Sat., Feb. 27. It's a FREE half-day leadership workshop featuring a nationally acclaimed keynote speaker, leadership activities, and interactive presentations through several breakout sessions, preparing students for their respective leadership roles and empowering them to take risks and pursue their dreams.

Intercollegiate International Student Debate Tournament - February 13

The Global Debate Forum at Emory University will be hosting the second annual intercollegiate International Student Debate tournament for undergraduate and graduate students in the Southeast on Saturday, February 13th, 2016 from 9 AM – 4 PM. This will be a fun and engaging opportunity to discuss relevant international issues with your peers. Absolutely no debate experience is required – we welcome everyone, and will provide research and reference materials.
