Original version. Animated introduction to Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) for individuals or groups learning the model. Also, an initial guide to 'going inside' for new IFS clients exploring their inner system of parts. This has been helpful for IFS clients to review and catch nuances of the process they may have been overlooking, and to share with significant others as a way to describe their therapy. Music by Indiajiva with sitar, rhythmic chants and pulsating drums prominently featured.

Foundation IFS Version of Finding Your Parts

Female voice has been added in some narration sections, and background music has been changed to softer piano melody & some cinematic mood tones.
