Notes from the Teacher
This will be my last week in 2nd grade as Mrs. Carlson will be coming back May 5th. I just want to say that it has been an amazing experience getting to know your children and sharing in the learning process with them each day for the last two months!
I am happy to announce that 2nd grade had the MOST participation in the Wellness Warrior Challenge of any other grade in the school! Purple ribbons were sent home with each student on Friday. Our class specifically turned in the most calendars in the entire school!!! Way to go!
Thank you to those that donated a box of tissues! We are still in need of a few more boxes to get through the end of the year with all of the sniffles going around, so if you wouldn't mind sending in a box it would be greatly appreciated!
April homework calendars will be due at the end of the week. Please be sure to complete and turn in these math and reading calendars! I will send the new May homework calendars home by Friday.
A Peek at The Week
