FROM THE HEAD'S DESK
As I look out of the window and watch the rain I am reminded that this is the Summer Term and I welcome all back and trust you had a happy and restful holiday.
Year 11 have one calendar month before their study leave begins and are today being moderated for their PE GCSE and next week have their practical exams in Art and Drama. Good Luck to all the boys.
Year 10 are in the middle of their Prefect Applications and they, as with the Junior years, are building up to their summer exams and assessments, a very busy time.
I am sure the boys have mentioned the new security gates on the site, as always we are looking to ensure a safe environment for our pupils (they all opened when we had our fire drill!).
There is a full range of activities and trips this term and I look forward to hearing how the trip for Year 10 Historians to Ypres runs, as for the first time it has an overnight stay, very exciting!
And in keeping with Jurgen Klopp's inspirational chat to his team.
You'll always miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

Thank you for understanding during this time of change with our new website and for your feedback. We are delighted with the way it has been received and hope to roll out new features as time progresses. Sadly we still seem to have issues with the calendar when looking at it in 'Month' view.
