Students from the RHHS Choral Program recently participated in All-State Reading Chorus auditions. The state of Georgia only selects 100 students statewide for this event, and RHHS is proud to announce that six of our talented young artists will represent Wildcat Nation at the Classic Center located in Athens, GA this January. Congratulations to Chad Feaster, Max Kilmede, Meghan Krull, Savannah Legg, Jenna Pierre-Louis and Lexi Schieler! The students passed a very intense and challenging audition consisting of each student sight-reading five examples of college level music. The RHHS Choral Program continues to strive for excellence and train young artists to become mature and professional musicians.

Fall Sports Season a Success!
Competitive Cheer is undefeated at this point, and their State Cheer Competition takes place later this month.
Both Cross Country and Football are Region Champions! Football hasn't secured a region championship since 1996! Football has one more regular season game on November 8 at Effingham County HS, and then we will move into post-season play. We will host the first round of State playoffs here at Wildcat Stadium on November 15th. Cross Country State Meet is this weekend, and we can't wait to hear the results!

We’ll kick off the event with a resource fair, showcasing several local mental health agencies and their support services. After that, school counselors and agencies will facilitate breakout sessions in an effort to educate parents/guardians on stress management, mindfulness, self-compassion, and resiliency including interactive activities that can be practiced at home. Light refreshments and a self-care toolkit will be provided!

The ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) will be offered at RHHS on Wednesday, November 6. Students interested in taking this must sign up before November 1st.

- It is a cost-free and comprehensive program for high school students.
- Students explore occupations in line with interests and skills, and develop strategies to realize career goals.
- The Program presents a full-spectrum of career opportunities to students.
